Latest Vista updates break VS2005 auto-attach-debug

My Vista machine automatically installed a STACK of updates when I rebooted it on Monday evening, and now I can't run auto-debug (F5) from within VS2005. In the event log, I can see a lot of MsiInstaller entries for VS2005, so I'm just guessing this is what's caused the problem. I can manually attach debug - just can't auto-debug.

Anyone got any ideas?
